We’ve partnered with Route shipment protection & tracking to elevate our customers to the best possible delivery experience. Route is a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place and easily submit claims for damaged, lost or stolen packages. All online orders come with Route protect insurance automatically enabled. If you deselect the shipment protection, then Beaver Industrial Supply isn't liable for any damage, loss or theft of packages.

+Route Shipment Protection is calculated as a small percentage of your order. All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

+The Route Protect insurance covers packages or shipments up to $5,000 in value.

+Claims for packages must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked 'delivered' for damage claims.

+Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not 'delivered') must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Filing a claim is made easy either through the claim URL or Route app.

Most claims are processed within a few hours up to 48 hours.
