So glad I misordered once and got a box of these, we love em (wood chair manufacturer). These work very well for final hand sanding, the assembly crew loves them. Then we discovered we could use them in place of the more expensive abralon pads on RO sanders for final rub down of the topcoats. I have been nazi walking around and admonishing people to stretch the abralon pads past their life because of the cost, now we can rip through them keeping fresh grit on for the best rubout effect.
The foam back hangs onto a velcro backed sanding pad just fine.
