Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for a fee up to 30 days in unopened, new, and unused condition in the original packaging. Exceptions apply.
Please note, NO REFUNDS will be given on any new, used, or damaged item if it is not returned in the original packaging, no matter what condition the packaging is in. If the item qualifies for free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping cost and are responsible for shipping the product back with the shipping carrier of your choice.
We must receive the item undamaged. We recommend you package it accordingly and purchase insurance for higher-priced items to ensure you receive the full refund minus any incurred fees as applicable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of accessories.
Because items are your responsibility until they reach us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. At Beaver Industrial Supply’s discretion, delivery charges can be refundable if the goods are defective.
Returns require a return authorization number. Please call customer service at 314-773-5999 or submit a customer service inquiry to start the exchange or return process and receive an authorization number.
Machinery too large for parcel shipment (palletized or crated) is only returnable if there is a material defect that cannot be resolved by replacing components.
Sawtrax panel saw orders placed with financing will not be accepted for return under any conditions.
Restocking fee
Any return due to a change of mind or wrong product ordered will result in a 25% restocking fee. If a new order is placed equal to or greater than the order being returned, the restocking fee will be waived. The customer will also be responsible for the original freight charges as applicable if we offer free shipping. If a freight carrier cannot get ahold of you, we will also attempt to contact you, but if you do not answer or provide accurate contact information, the customer is liable for any re-consignment fees, original freight charges, and any additional fees incurred due to deliverability.
We do not accept returns on machines delivered by LTL unless they are damaged by the carrier. Defective machines fall under manufacturer warranty. If the manufacturer cannot resolve the issue with replacement parts, they may replace the whole machine. This is completely up to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for a 25% restocking fee and freight charges for any refused shipment.
The only exception is Festool. Festool allows us a full 30-day return policy on all power tools, used or unused. This does not apply to accessories or consumables. The customer is, however, responsible for any original shipping cost and the cost back to us.
Order Cancellation
TO CANCEL AN ORDER, YOU MUST SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE BY CALLING US AT 314-773-5999 AND GET CONFIRMATION OF THE CANCELLATION. We do not accept order cancellations by email or online inquiry.
We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but our warehouse team processes orders as quickly as possible, and at times, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been fulfilled or shipped.
Orders placed with financing such as Clicklease or CIT cannot be canceled, so please plan accordingly.

If the customer refuses JPW machinery, the customer resumes responsibility for the restocking and freight fees. If the customer purchases the wrong machine for his or her application, the customer resumes responsibility for the restocking and freight fees.
